The excruciating pain is tearing your body apart. You can't stand living here much longer.
If you go to sleep with Weak Body, there will be a highly undesirable outcome the next day.
However, if you go to sleep without Weak Body, Extreme Pain will be lessened and become Pain when you wake up the next day.

Triggers when Mind falls below 30.
Effect: Halves Intelligence, halves Charisma.
If you go to sleep with Weak Mind, you will wake up the next day with Depression.

The oppressive walls take your mind to a dark place. You need to get out of this status as soon as possible.
If you go to sleep with Weak Mind, your condition will worsen to Extreme Depression when you wake up the next day.
However, if you go to sleep without Weak Mind, Depression will disappear when you wake up the next day.
