He understands how to forge connections with the rich and powerful, and how to use their power to achieve his own goals. Unlike the old gangs in the city, he has no attachment to old-fashioned rules and codes. As a result, he doesn't have a good reputation in the underworld. However, in only a few short years, his influence has come to penetrate the highest echelons of the city's political and business classes. If Angelo is able to help get the mayor re-elected this time, there can be no doubt about who is really pulling the strings in Boulderton.
