Can you guess who the inmates at Boulderton Prison have voted the last person they would want to offend for 10 years running? Bruce? No. The warden? Guess again. The answer is the cook brothers. They run the kitchen and cafeteria, where the inmates get their two square meals a day (yes, two; there's no breakfast in here). So remember, don't piss off the cooks, unless you want boogers in your lunch tomorrow.
The eldest of the cook brothers, Straw, is the one who calls the shots. And as the lord and master of the kitchen and the cafeteria, he doesn't tolerate anyone questioning his cooking, so you better make sure you don't leave a single crumb on your plate!
The middle of the cook brothers, Sticks, is constantly talking about his brothers. It's as if he leaves all the big stuff to his older brother Straw and all the small stuff to his younger brother Bricks. So what does he do, you're wondering? If he gets his way, as little as possible.
Although the three cook brothers look alike, you would never confuse Bricks with his two older brothers, because he always looks far busier than the other two. But does he do the most work because he's the most competent, or is he the most competent because he does the most work?
