These two are Angelo's henchmen. The tall one is Bulk and the short one is Skull. Their mission was simple: pose as Councilman Jerry's aides and kill everyone at the house where Iris was hiding. But unfortunately for them, they ran into Reed and Selina.
According to Iris, Selina saw their car arrive at the villa, which means they must have been the ones following Reed. But even though they are wolves just like their boss Angelo, they were much easier to deal with. Walking straight into Selina and Reed's ambush, they were out cold before they knew what hit them.
But surely their days must be numbered. They've already screwed up two missions; what could be their punishment for screwing up a third?
